Privacy notice.

This notice explains how personal data is processed in connection with the operation of filipbarcik.cz and related communication about possible cooperation.

1. Controller

The controller is Mgr. Filip Barcík, Business ID 24517763, registered business address Lesní 1411/44, 350 02 Cheb, Czech Republic, e-mail filip@filipbarcik.cz.

2. Data that may be processed

The site is static and only the data necessary for secure operation and direct communication is processed. This may include:

• identification and contact details you provide, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company or role,
• the content of messages you send by e-mail or other direct contact,
• technical data generated when visiting the site, in particular ordinary server or security logs where recorded by the hosting provider for operation and security purposes.

The site does not use a contact form, visitor profiling, advertising tools or analytics trackers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• responding to enquiries and taking steps prior to a possible contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• related communication, protection of legal rights and management of relevant correspondence – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• performance of contractual, accounting and tax obligations where cooperation follows – Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR,
• security and stability of the website and hosting – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This website is designed as a minimalist static site without marketing or analytics cookies. It does not use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or third-party measurement scripts for visitor profiling.

5. Recipients and processors

The website is hosted using Netlify, operated by Netlify, Inc. In delivering and securing the website, Netlify may process technical visit data such as IP address, device and browser information, and operational or security logs. Netlify provides a contractual data-processing framework, including a Data Processing Agreement.

Personal data contained in e-mail communication may also be processed by the provider used for the mailbox filip@filipbarcik.cz, to the extent necessary to deliver, store and manage e-mail communication.

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Netlify is a U.S.-based provider and provision of the service may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Netlify states that it uses safeguards including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant cross-border transfers and participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework for transfers to the United States.

7. Retention

Data from ordinary enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any related discussions. After the communication ends, data is retained only where and for as long as reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, document the course of discussions or comply with legal obligations; otherwise it is deleted on an ongoing basis.

If cooperation follows, some data may be retained for the period required by contractual, accounting, tax and record-keeping obligations.

Technical operational and security logs associated with hosting are retained according to Netlify’s service configuration and retention rules; this website does not maintain its own visitor analytics database.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction or completion, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and exercise the right to data portability where applicable.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
